Really, you never need safety glasses so long as you don’t use power tools. And power tools are dangerous for kids or for people who don’t know how to use them, so take safety glasses out of our schools and ban workshop safety lectures.
Of course when the kids grow up they’ll want or need to use power tools, but then they can… um… well we’re not sure… maybe they can ask their pastor! Or something! Not our problem!
